Sutton Real Estate closes three sales totaling $1.47 million and 7,110 s/f in leases

 John Thomasmeyer represented the seller of 311 Montgomery St., the former home of Central New York Telephone and Telegraph Co. that was converted to a mixed use property. The sale price for the 10,000 s/f historic building was $900,000. 

 

Bart Feinberg represented the Telesis Community Credit Union in the sale of 198,000 s/f warehouse facility located at 123 Great Bear Rd. in Volney for $350,000. Feinberg leased 2,670 s/f in Creek-walk Commons to Express Mart. Feinberg leased 1,440 s/f in Chimney Plaza in DeWitt to Frameology Optical. This seven-year term was settled at $2,000 per month. 

 

Ken Tyminski represented the seller of 212 Franklin St., a two story building in Syracuse for $220,000.

 

Barret Paving entered into a lease for 3,000 s/f in the Sherwood Office Park in Liverpool. Kristen Nave Fehlman represented the Sherwood Office Park with Dick Robb representing Barrett Paving. Terms of the five-year lease were $14.50 per s/f.

Nave Fehlman and Feinberg Complete Deals

Syracuse Property Management Company

Sutton Real Estate Company has completed the sale of 8255 Willett Pwy., a 43,590 s/f warehouse. The property sold for $825,000. The buyer was represented by Kristen Nave Fehlman of Sutton and the seller was represented by Peter Cappuccilli of Longley Jones Management Co.

 

In a second transaction, Bart Feinberg of Sutton brokered the sale of 732 James St., a 14,800 s/f office building for $625,000. Vera House purchased the property for its new corporate office from Home Aides of CNY.

Sale of 8,000 SF Building

Syracuse Property Management Company

Sutton Real Estate represented a buyer for the purchase of 1720 Erie Boulevard East. SRE 1720 Erie Blvd. LLC acquired the 8,000 SF building on August 24, 2016, from the Central New York Land Bank.

 

Diversified Services, Sutton’s maintenance and construction division, will occupy the building for their warehouse and office space needs. Louis Fournier brokered the transaction.

St. Andrews Church in North Syracuse recently sold for $350,000 to the St. Mary & St. Mina Coptic Church for their new home. Bart Feinberg of Sutton represented the seller and Tim Macknik of Bridgeway Real Estate represented the buyer of the 24,000 s/f religious facilities.

 

The Historic Caldwell and Ward Brass factory recently sold to JGH Properties, LLC. They will be converting the former 32,000 s/f factory into market rate apartments. JGH Properties was represented by Feinberg and the seller, Cabinet Fabrication Group, LLC, was represented by Joe Lewis of Sutton.
