As a certified instructor of advanced real estate transaction negotiation and strategies, John is nationally regarded as a master of intricate land assemblage transactions—acquiring “must-have” property. He possesses 35 years of industry experience, with high standards of ethics and excellence, serious attention to detail, and serving his clients’ best interests throughout the transaction process, large or small. To date, John has brought forth over $900,000,000 in developments directly from his sales.
