The sale price was $9.5 million. Bart Feinberg brokered the sale of Syracuse Pool & Patio, a 6,400 s/f retail building located at 353 Grant Ave. in Auburn. The sale price was $475,000 John Thomasmeyer represented the buyer, Pawn King Corp., in the purchase of the former McDonalds. The 6,000 s/f retail building located at 5849 East Circle Dr. in Cicero sold for $250,000. Kristen Nave Fehlman represented the landlord in the lease of a 1,650 s/f retail space to H & R Block at Centre 31, located at 6263 State Rte. 31 in Cicero.

Sutton Real Estate brokers four sales totaling $1.885 million

Bart Feinberg and Kristen Nave Fehlman brokered the sale of 1035 7th North St., a 24,000 s/f professional office building for $1 million. Feinberg brokered the sale of 201 Yates St., a 12-unit apartment building located in East Syracuse. It sold for $255,000. Ken Tyminski brokered the sale of 242 West Genesee St., a 10,000 s/f office building located in Syracuse. It sold for $525,000. Feinberg represented a 2,656 s/f office tenant in a lease renewal at 890 7th North St. Feinberg and Karen LaRocca represented the owner in the sale of 2731 Brundage Rd. in Baldwinsville. It sold for $205,000.

Tenants flock to new loft apartments at former Syracuse knitting mill

“A little more than three months after opening, the 40 apartments at a 111-year-old former knitting factory on Syracuse’s West Side are filled with tenants.

 

Louis Fournier, president of Syracuse-based Sutton Real Estate Co., said leasing at Harbor Street Lofts began March 1 and leases have been signed for all 40 units. Tenants have moved into 37 of the units, and the remaining three will be occupied within a couple of weeks, he said.”

Sutton Real Estate closes three sales totaling $1.47 million and 7,110 s/f in leases

 John Thomasmeyer represented the seller of 311 Montgomery St., the former home of Central New York Telephone and Telegraph Co. that was converted to a mixed use property. The sale price for the 10,000 s/f historic building was $900,000. 

 

Bart Feinberg represented the Telesis Community Credit Union in the sale of 198,000 s/f warehouse facility located at 123 Great Bear Rd. in Volney for $350,000. Feinberg leased 2,670 s/f in Creek-walk Commons to Express Mart. Feinberg leased 1,440 s/f in Chimney Plaza in DeWitt to Frameology Optical. This seven-year term was settled at $2,000 per month. 

 

Ken Tyminski represented the seller of 212 Franklin St., a two story building in Syracuse for $220,000.

 

Barret Paving entered into a lease for 3,000 s/f in the Sherwood Office Park in Liverpool. Kristen Nave Fehlman represented the Sherwood Office Park with Dick Robb representing Barrett Paving. Terms of the five-year lease were $14.50 per s/f.
