Matt graduated from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York in 2017 with a dual-degree in finance and analytics. Matt is continuing his education at Le Moyne College in pursuit of his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), where he also plays Division II baseball. Matt has a long and proficient work history in customer service and sales including his most recent internship at Trip Advisor. Larry Socia and Dick Robb represented the seller, Keybank in the sale of 3775 Route 31, a 2,652 +/- SF building, in Clay NY for $625,000. The buyer was Pathfinder Bank.
Boston IVF, one of the nation’s most experienced fertility networks, offering world-renowned fertility treatment services, is opening a new state-of-the-art center in Syracuse, NY. The Syracuse Center, opening in May, 2018, will offer its full array of fertility treatment services at the new 10,000 sq. foot center, located at 5792 Widewaters Parkway in Dewitt, NY. Sutton Real Estate Company’s Healthcare Group – including Joseph Lewis, SIOR, Kristen Nave Fehlman and Karen Cannata-LaRocca – worked in collaboration with Newark Grubb to provide site selection for the new Syracuse IVF center, as well as lease contract and negotiation services.
