** We have CLOSED our In-House Section 8 ONE BEDROOM Rental Assistance waiting list as of Wednesday, July 31st at 4:30pm. , and cannot accept any ONE BEDROOM Rental Assistance applications until further notice. We will post an update here once we are able to re-open the waiting list.

For any individuals currently on our Waiting List for Rental Assistance (any unit size), or for those interested in applying for Rental Assistance, please note that HUD has made some changes in the regulations for Section 8 rental assistance. Recently, HUD released a Notice implementing the Housing Opportunities through Modernization Act (HOTMA) effective the later of:

1/1/2024;
When site software is updated to comply with new HOTMA requirements; no later than 1/1/2025

HOTMA introduces new Section 8 eligibility rules, including: 1) Limits to the value of assets owned by residents receiving HUD housing assistance; and 2) Exclusion of applicants and residents who own a house suitable for occupancy.
HUD has revised regulations and we have revised the property Tenant Selection Plan in accordance with these new regulations. A copy of the new Tenant Selection Plan is available upon request, either electronically or by mail. If you would like a copy of the new Tenant Selection Plan, please contact:
