Karen joined the Sutton Real Estate Company in 2016 as a real estate salesperson. Karen has a long career in sales, with a current focus in the office and medical office market. Her connections with in those industries have offered a bridge into Commercial Real Estate, where she brings a great sense of pride and knowledge. Karen is a graduate of Columbia College earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Karen is passionate about customer service and ensuring that she has exhausted all and any means necessary to meet her client’s needs.

Ken is a truly well-seasoned associate broker, with over 16 years of solid commercial real estate experience. Over the course of his career, he has worked with some of the most well connected and largest commercial real estate firms in the country, and has procured multiple multi-million dollar deals on a consistent basis. Ken is very well connected within the industry, and has the ability and proven track record to be a valuable asset to anyone he represents. Ken also works with other brokers on a national basis.

Louis G. Fournier, III

Louis currently serves as President and is a Real Estate Broker at Sutton Real Estate Company. Louis is a 1982 graduate of the State University of New York, Oswego where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has been associated with Sutton since graduation, and has been an Officer and Director since 1997. Louis is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with experience in property management, leasing, property restoration, financing, and brokerage. He specializes in startup and turn around projects, working extensively with developers, financial institutions and investors throughout Upstate New York. In addition, Louis is a certified Receiver, Property Manager, and Real Estate Salesperson in New York State, and has been involved in over 150 receiverships, ranging from managing real estate during foreclosure to disposing of property at the direction of the Court. In addition to his responsibilities at Sutton, Louis currently serves on the board of the Eldercare Foundation, and has been involved with a number of other charitable organizations in the area.
