Larry J. Socia is a well-established commercial real estate broker covering the Upstate New York region whose expertise is retail client representation.  Since 1990, he has partnered with entrepreneurs, local businesses, regional and national companies to strategize their market coverages, dispositions, and real estate portfolios.  Larry is also involved with retail property management; working with owners to stabilize assets and increase value through renovations, repositioning, re-tenanting, and renewing leases.

 

Larry joined Sutton Real Estate Company in 2011 as their Retail Director.  Prior to that, he spent 21 years establishing his creative vision and reputation as a dealmaker while working in the Retail Division Director position at Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage. The foundation of his success is built upon many years of CRE experience and extensive Upstate NY market knowledge combined with his attention to detail, honesty, and dedication.  Larry’s focus is to always exceed client expectations by providing first class professionalism, exceptional service, and superior results.

Christina Keller

Property Manager, Real Estate Salesperson

Christina joined the Sutton Real Estate Company in 2015 as a Property Manager. Her current responsibilities include the management and leasing of mix-use properties and office properties. Prior to joining the Sutton family, Christina held a variety of Property Manager positions at other real estate companies in the area. She received her New York State Real Estate License in 2016, and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and is certified in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance.

Kevin Valente

ARM® certified, Sr. Property Manager, Real Estate Salesperson

Kevin joined the Sutton Real Estate team in 2004 as a Leasing Agent for the company’s residential properties, and quickly moved into the role of Property Manager. He is currently responsible for the management of four residential apartment complexes, two mixed-use properties, an office park and one retail plaza. Kevin graduated from Niagara University in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Commerce, majoring in both Marketing and Human Resources. In 2007, he received his New York Real Estate License. Some of his key accomplishments include the sale of several multifamily properties, the sale of a 53-acre mobile park, as well as numerous lease agreements. Kevin currently holds the designation of Accredited Real Estate Manager.

Julie McFall

Senior Property Manager, Real Estate Salesperson

Julie has been an essential part of the Sutton Real Estate Company since 1995, when she joined the team as a Leasing Agent. In 2000, she became a Sutton Property Manager, and was then promoted to Senior Property Manager 2012. Julie is currently responsible for overseeing the management of Sutton market rate and tax credit residential properties, as well as some mixed-use properties. In 2017, Julie received her New York State Real Estate License. She is also certified in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance.

Stephen W. Saleski

Real Estate Associate Broker

Stephen W. Saleski joined the Sutton Real Estate team in October 2019 as a Real Estate Salesperson. He graduated from Niagara University with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1983. Steve started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with a local Syracuse firm and moved into private industry as controller and CFO. He spent 14 years in the real estate development and construction field and several years in the manufacturing sector. Steve’s passion for real estate lead him back to the industry working in commercial and residential sales for the last 16 years.
