East Lake Commons was recently approved for an $800,000 grant to help fund the revitalization project.
“Sutton Real Estate Cos. will demolish the distressed Midtown Plaza shopping center at 83-87 East First St. in downtown Oswego and build an 88,000-square-foot, six-story building with mixed-income apartments, and retail, commercial and office space. The project would cost $28.6 million and create 20 permanent jobs.”

Sutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce its’ recent hire of Cody Radziewicz, who has joined the brokerage team as a Real Estate Salesperson.
Cody is new to the commercial real estate world, but shows much enthusiasm for sales and is excited to start his career with Sutton Real Estate Company. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland with a degree in Political Science.
Cody played Division I Men’s Lacrosse all four years at Johns Hopkins and was a Graduate Assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Le Moyne College for one year. He now plays professional lacrosse in the MLL for the Dallas Rattlers and in the NLL for the Philadelphia Wings.

Devin has been in the commercial construction field for over 25 years as a union mason for most of that time. He has an extensive background in new commercial real estate development from his many years in the construction field, ranging from the planning stage to final completion. Devin has been in the private real estate sector for about 18 years developing and investing in real estate renovation projects and is excited to be working in Sales at Sutton Real Estate Company.

Jakeisha graduated from Wilmington University with an MBA in Accounting. She has pursued a career in non-profit and public accounting. She is originally from Maryland but has been traveling a lot as her husband is in the military. As of now she is calling Clay, New York home with their 8 month old baby and 2 Yorkie pups. She has happily found and joined the Sutton Real Estate team where she plans to put her passion for accounting to good use.
