Sutton Real Estate facilitates three sales totaling $4.735 million

Kenneth Tyminski of Sutton procured the sale of 226-230 West Genesee St., which is a 34-unit apartment building with two store fronts in the downtown area. The building sold for $3.28 million.

 

Matt Buroni of Sutton represented the seller in the sale of two multifamily/student housing properties at 1005 & 1007 Harrison St. The two properties have 12 units with 20 beds total and sold for $1.35 million.

 

Larry Socia and Richard Robb of Sutton, together with Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the sale of a building at 8929 North Seneca Street in Weedsport to Lunkenheimer Craft Brewing Co.

State Grant Approved for East Lake Commons

East Lake Commons was recently approved for an $800,000 grant to help fund the revitalization project.

 

“Sutton Real Estate Cos. will demolish the distressed Midtown Plaza shopping center at 83-87 East First St. in downtown Oswego and build an 88,000-square-foot, six-story  building with mixed-income apartments, and retail, commercial and office space. The project would cost $28.6 million and create 20 permanent jobs.”

Cody Radziewicz Joins Sutton Real Estate Company

Cody RadziewiczSutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce its’ recent hire of Cody Radziewicz, who has joined the brokerage team as a Real Estate Salesperson.

 

Cody is new to the commercial real estate world, but shows much enthusiasm for sales and is excited to start his career with Sutton Real Estate Company. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland with a degree in Political Science.

 

Cody played Division I Men’s Lacrosse all four years at Johns Hopkins and was a Graduate Assistant men’s lacrosse coach at Le Moyne College for one year. He now plays professional lacrosse in the MLL for the Dallas Rattlers and in the NLL for the Philadelphia Wings.
