Dick joined the brokerage team at Sutton in 2013. He has completed the sales of multiple office and mixed use properties, as well as numerous office lease agreements. Dick joined the Sutton family following twenty-five years in municipal planning, design and development management. In public practice, he was instrumental in obtaining community and economic development grants for neighborhood revitalization, industrial/business park development and numerous transportation and environmental projects. Dick brings unrelenting dedication to clients’ needs by matching their goals and resources to properties’ realistic uses and cost.
