“Louis is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with experience in property management, leasing, property restoration, financing, and brokerage. He specializes in startup and turn around projects, working extensively with developers, financial institutions and investors throughout Upstate New York. In addition, Louis is a certified Receiver, Property Manager, and Real Estate Salesperson in New York State, and has been involved in over 150 receiverships, ranging from managing real estate during foreclosure to disposing of property at the direction of the Court. In addition to his responsibilities at Sutton, Louis currently serves on the board of the Eldercare Foundation, and has been involved with a number of other charitable organizations in the area.”

Sutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce its’ recent hire of Devin Sherman, who has joined the commercial real estate brokerage team as a Real Estate Salesperson. Devin has been in the commercial construction field for over 25 years as a union mason for most of that time. He has an extensive background in new commercial real estate development from his many years in the construction field, ranging from the planning stage to final completion. Devin has been in the private real estate sector for about 18 years developing and investing in real estate renovation projects and is excited to be working in Sales at Sutton Real Estate Company.
