Sutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce recent hires at its company.

 

Carolyn Devins joins Sutton as a Marketing Associate. Her role includes assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics. Carolyn comes from her previous role as a small business owner and former social media manager for MacKenzie-Childs. She is a 2014 Syracuse University graduate, with a Masters of Arts in Advertising.

 

Melissa Clisson joins Sutton as a Property Accountant. Her role includes maintaining the financials and accounting for commercial and residential properties in Central New York. She comes from Pyramid Management Group as Executive Assistant to the CFO and Director of Capital Markets, assisting in the accounting department and finance department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Le Moyne College.

Sutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce recent hires and promotions at its company.

 

Karen Kieszkowski has been promoted to Senior Property Accountant. Karen has been with Sutton for seventeen years, starting with the company as a Property Accountant where she worked with many of our current properties. Today, her role includes accounting type projects for thirteen commercial and residential properties managed by Sutton.

 

Jean Lostumbo joins Sutton as a Property Accountant, where she will working on accounting eleven commercial and residential properties managed by Sutton. Prior to Sutton, she worked at Intersurgical Inc. as a Staff Accountant.

 

Lisa Sweeney worked at Sutton for ten years previously and has joined Sutton again as a Property Accountant. Her main roles include training and special projects within Sutton’s accounting department.

 

Morgan Herbert joins Sutton as a Marketing Associate. Her role includes assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics. Morgan joins Sutton from a national insurance firm where she held many different roles including a marketing position. She is a 2017 graduate of Clarkson University, with Bachelors of Science in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Stephen Saleski Hired as Real Estate Salesperson

Sutton Real Estate Company is proud to announce its’ recent hire of Stephen Saleski, who has joined the brokerage team as a Real Estate Salesperson.

 

Stephen has been in the real estate industry for thirteen years working in sales in both the commercial and residential areas. He is a former CPA and has worked as both a Controller and CFO for many local Syracuse firms. Most recently, Stephen was in real estate sales for Berkshire Hathaway CNY Realty. Stephen went to North Syracuse High School and graduated from Niagara University with a B.B.A. in accounting. Stephen and his family reside in North Syracuse.

Sutton brokers $3 million sale and leases 5,000 s/f

Syracuse Property Management Company

Bart Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Company brokered the sale of approximately 6 acres to Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) in Syracuse’s Lakefront District for $3,000,000.

 

In addition, Sutton Real Estate Company has leased the final 5,000 SF in the Sherwood Office Park in Syracuse, NY.

 

Karen Cannata-LaRocca and Kristen Nave represented Steven C. Stacy, DDS, P.C.  in a deal that closed in October 2019. Dr. Stacey will be leasing one of the last spaces in Sherwood Office Park that will be home to his dental practice.

 

Elderchoice Inc., has entered into a 5 year lease for 2,500 square feet.  Kristen Nave and Bart Feinberg brokered the deal between Elderchoice Inc. and the landlord.

Feinberg of Sutton Real Estate Co. brokers three sales: $3.425 M total

Syracuse Property Management Company

Feinberg represented the seller, DuPont, in the sale of 69 Seneca Ave., a 60,000 s/f industrial building. The building sold for $725,000 to Rock Environmental.

 

Feinberg and Binswanger represented the seller, Masterlock, in the sale of 900 Linden Ave., a 234,000 s/f industrial building on nine acres. The property sold for $2 million to Star Development Group who was represented by Patrick Wahl of CBRE Rochester.

 

Feinberg procured the sale of 2083-2107 Park St., a 1.5 acre development site in Syracuse, for $700,000 to the Wolak Group.
