Linda currently serves as Vice President and has been involved with Sutton since 1993. She is responsible for supervising both market rate and tax credit properties within the portfolio. Linda also coordinates the management, marketing, and accounting functions for residential properties that Sutton manages. Linda is a 1987 graduate of the State University of New York, Oswego where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and is also certified TaCCs in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance. Linda is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
